Manage Your Surroundings First!
We all are leaders of our lives
We all are talking about doing something great in our lives. We all have our role models in our life whether they are actors, politicians, parents, teachers, etc. we want to become like that.
Everyone can become a better leader. We don’t need to go anywhere; we can start becoming a leader from our home. Firstly we need to fix ourselves, our surroundings then helped others. I couldn’t bring change if I am not able to manage my surroundings.

Therefore, I start changing from my house. I start practices everyday leadership, here is my story.
It is a lovely garden area of my house. Where we sit and drink tea in summer, and also in winter.
Today in the morning when I came here, it looks so dirty.
Normally, I never bother that it is my responsibility to clean the garden. For a leader or having leadership qualities is important to start with your surroundings.
That’s why I take the step and ready to clean my garden area.
You can see the leaves and trash here. I picked up the trash and by broom, I clean up the whole area.
I put all garden waste into a small sack.
It was such a tiring job as it took me almost an hour to clean the whole area.
Now, my garden looks so clean and beautiful.
I can say that all of us must do small acts before approaching something great.
Firstly set an example in your own home, and then go further.
Now, by applying to be responsible to me and my surroundings develop leadership quality in me.
I can take care of my surroundings first then I can be able to take care of others.
