#Just Start…My Goal

We all are talking about our dreams, goals in our whole life. Many of us didn’t even work on them. The people who take their goals seriously; are the ones who can achieve them.
When we have everything SMART in this world, then I think we also need SMART goals. I developed three smart goals for myself;
1) I want to start a business 2) I want to pursue a Ph.D. 3) I want to get fit this year
My first two goals depend upon my third one, because if I have good health. I can achieve my remaining goals. How can I do anything, if I am not healthy?
My health comes first than anything else; never underestimate the investment you make in yourself.
We all heard that “Health is wealth “. So, my goal is; I want to improve the quality of my health by eating healthy food and exercising at least 3 times a week.

I made my schedule according to my other timetable so that I can manage to achieve my goal.

I started to improve the quality of my health by 30 minutes of exercise at least three times a week and by avoiding junk food & cold drinks. It’s led to a healthier lifestyle.
I can improve my health by joining the gym or by watching youtube videos for 30 minutes of exercise. It was a big challenge for me, because I’m very lazy to go to the gym, so I decided to do exercise at home. I start doing exercise at 6 pm, as I also fixed an alarm. With exercise, I also focused on my diet. I must focus on eating fruits & vegetables because it helps me to maintain my health.

Firstly, doing exercise and following a healthy diet is not an easy job. I love pizzas and burgers, but I have to avoid them. Same with exercise, I never did it before and never think about it. I start doing 3 minutes of workout for continued to 30 minutes of exercise like body stretching, plank, jumping jacks, and arm circles, and by taking a healthy milkshake and fruits & vegetables salad.

Honestly speaking, doing these exercises is not as easy as its looks. So, I started with small steps like 1-minute plank (doing plank is not easy), 10 jumping jacks, 20 arm moves in circles, and body stretching.

By starting to eat healthy foods helped me to improve my food habits. These are some easy exercises with a food diet that help me to maintain my health.

Being healthy can cure some of my nagging ailments e.g. fatigue, and back pain. I have started my journey to achieving this smart goal and I am hoping that I will be fit at the end of this year.

If you guys want to accomplish your goals, you also need to take care of your health first.
